Expensive, slow, questionable results, no support

I carefully followed the training program but have not seen any results. Maybe a prevented my vision from declining more, but Im doubtful.

Furthermore, in spite of being very very expensive app, they do not offer any support.

The app has become very slow and takes forever to get through a session, even though I have it set on the highest speed.

I wrote support a number of times, but they have yet to reply at all.
